Report a translation problem
I'm really not sure what mod would cause the issues you're seeing at this point. I'm pretty sure that this is an issue of the capturable.lua file being overwritten, because I see that both the main mod and the patch are loading in properly (and in the correct order), but I don't know what mod would alter it.
Keep an eye out for any other mods that might mess with capture mechanics, I guess, and let me know if you're able to find a culprit.

The only things I can think of that may be causing a conflict are FU and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1627427082 and potentially RPG growth - it has a Tamer profession, where you can craft a station which lets you make Capture Pods and advanced versions which just seek out monsters
It's been working fine on my end, and the whole load list priority thing shouldn't be an issue seeing as how this patch is designated to load right after the main mod. Are you using any other capture-related mods that could cause a conflict?
I don't know about "ANY" capture, I just know that the "any HP" part isn't working.
I've unsubscribed and then resubscribed to see if that will do anything, but that hasn't worked (so I assume it should be "at the bottom of my load list" now?).
It used to work perfectly before the bounty hunting update, so idk. If it works for others, it must be something on my end.
A quick scan from my log file shows nothing error-related related to this mod, which is a little confusing; but tbf I don't know what I'm looking for. I just look for stuff like "error" and whatnot

Do you know the folder where the log files are located?
I'll try and have an update up within two weeks or so once I acquaint myself with what's been changed. I've been away from Starbound for quite a bit.
I'll look into doing it soon, I really should have put it on the forums by this point though so thanks for reminding me.
I might have forgotten to note this on the page for the main mod, however, so I'll note that there from now on. Also, please look at the "Known Capture Issues" discussion thread on the main mod page for info on other non-functioning captures.
