GamwiseSamgee 19 Feb, 2018 @ 7:17pm
I love these mods and see just how much you've put into them, but i am curious... would you consider making a likeness of these mods for Civ VI?
Archon 8 Feb, 2018 @ 2:28am
Is an update coming? Love this series.
BC 20 Oct, 2017 @ 1:11pm
Thank you for doing this.

These mods seem to not work with the CBP/Vox Populi, unfortunately.

So an update on progress here. I managed to come up with ideas for the Kett, Angara and Remnant. I'm currently creating them when I have the time but it'll still be a few weeks I think.

The Remnant are defensive and early/mid science based and they can create a unique luxury Remnant Tech.

The Kett are combat and faith based. They're sorta like the Collectors in some way. While the Collectors get better yields from capturing cities, the Kett get stronger units.

The Angara are friendly and good to have as an ally. Because, lore wise, they have different cultures on each planet, the Angara will be getting different bonuses in cities depending on what terrain it's built on. So you could have a game where a lot of their cities provide more science, or another game where they provide more culture, or even a game with a lot of different cities doing different things.

Hopefully nothing dramatic happens so they'll still be like this on release!

DISCIPLE Reapers are the "gods" of the universe, whose technology is superior to all else, and is meant to be the big bad of the universe.
Gahlahad 30 Jun, 2017 @ 4:21pm

im not that much of a fan but are the reapers supposed to research most techs in 1 turn
TopGun❂ 7 Jun, 2017 @ 11:25am
Awesome!
Precipice 20 Apr, 2017 @ 4:13pm
hey, for some reason all of the Civs besides the asari wont let me select buildings to be produced in my cities. any thoughts?
Yearbook Monarch 2 Apr, 2017 @ 1:16pm
Ignore my previous comment, it's my first time using Civ V mods and I thought once you enabled them you could go through the normal game start, but I got it.
Yearbook Monarch 2 Apr, 2017 @ 1:13pm
I'm quite confused, none of the races are showing up. I have Brave New World and Gods and Kings, I've got both versions of all the races but no matter which I enable they don't show up, they also don't seem to show if I enable both.
Pluvia  [author] 30 Mar, 2017 @ 8:49am
@榛名 - Most likely. But there's no point in modding civ 6 before the first expansion is released because if it's anything like Gods and Kings they'll completely change the way the coding is structured and break everything. So these won't be recreated in civ 6 until at least then.
榛名 30 Mar, 2017 @ 7:36am
is these mod gonna port into civ 6 in the future? love your mod pls make it happen if possible
TheInfernum 29 Mar, 2017 @ 6:49pm
Awesome! Take as much time as you need
Pluvia  [author] 28 Mar, 2017 @ 8:50am
@TheInfernum - Sure do. Unfortunately I can't get Andromeda until late April, so it won't be until May at the earliest for the Kett and Angara to be released. I need to play the game first so I can figure out more about them.
TheInfernum 26 Mar, 2017 @ 1:19pm
I know that it been a long time since you make this mod but i want to know, do you still plan to make the race from Andromeda?
Lupus 25 Nov, 2016 @ 2:58pm
is there any galaxy map to download? it sucks to play on standard maps in ME mod...
ErdoGaming 14 Oct, 2016 @ 6:26am
If you have BNW and G&K do you need both versions or just the BNW collection?
Pah-Wraith Gul Dukat 19 Aug, 2016 @ 3:11pm
Is there a possible way to remove the Custom Icons that would make it compatable with the EUI? This is intresting because I have used other mods that have custom art and it dosnt seem to screw with it other than this one
HappyFir3 2 Jul, 2016 @ 8:02pm
Cannot produce anything with this mod enabled. However, I am running the enhanced UI mod. Anyone else having similar issues? Is there a way to make them compatible?
NuclearWalrusNetwork 4 Jun, 2016 @ 9:46am
I'd ask for the Yahg but we know pretty much nothing about them other than being banned from Citadel space.
Metalfencer 31 May, 2016 @ 10:47am

Dave The Dragon 7 Nov, 2015 @ 7:34pm
anyone know a quick way to get this mod working online?
Pluvia  [author] 9 Aug, 2015 @ 1:30pm
@MiniNubs - You just need the BNW version if you have BNW.
miniature 24 Jul, 2015 @ 12:32pm
Dude seriously, I used to be a completely avid fan/player of the Mass Effect Series and I was for so long i just had to stop because it was taking up 2 much of my time, and I 100% positive you are a fucking genius and love u for taking the time to make all of these so perfect. I have probably 3-4k hours of ME2 & 3 and i have to say how perfect all of these are. I want to play all of them at once. Side note im basically high as shit off Adderall so I may have overdone this comment but i dont think anyone cares.
shandiris 16 Jun, 2015 @ 8:37am
Thank you!
Pluvia  [author] 15 Jun, 2015 @ 1:29am
@Jy Crois Pas - They do. You might have a conflicting mod, like I think there's some WoW or Star Trek one or something which messes with religion.

But mods that add extra religions, and let the AI's choose from extra religions, will all work fine.
Jy crois pas 15 Jun, 2015 @ 12:55am
why they never create their own religion ? They create tons of greap prophet but never use them for creating religion which makes the game easier when there is full of ME civ
MaximumTrekkie 25 Feb, 2015 @ 4:18pm
@Pluvia, you shoul create custom models or have someone make them for you. The models from the games, if you can get to them, probably have too many polygons, so if you used them you'd have to modify them extensively, so it'd probably just be better to create new ones based on the old ones.
The_Silent_Scotsman 8 Feb, 2015 @ 3:02am
Any plans for Beyond Earth?
Parudoks 5 Jan, 2015 @ 9:25pm
I just wish there were custom units for once in a Civ 5 mod. Do you know how amazing this would've been if there were actual Turians or Geth or Reapers?
☠UwU☠ 18 Oct, 2014 @ 3:16am
Mass Effect rull

Hey Pluvia, really enjoy your Mass Effect mod work! I sent you a friend request because I want to talk to you about a little something I'm working on. Getting your feedback on it would be most appreciated
kreia 5 Sep, 2014 @ 9:28am
cheers il give it a whirl
Pluvia  [author] 5 Sep, 2014 @ 9:20am
@Revan - Just download the BNW pack they're all in that.
kreia 5 Sep, 2014 @ 8:45am
the troubleshoot help didnt help last few months iv come back to this mod and only one or two races show up despite suscribling them all
Ego Banana 30 Aug, 2014 @ 10:39am
Will you be planning to make a Mass Effect series of mods for Beyond Earth?
Imperial Wizard Fitzpatrick 24 Aug, 2014 @ 2:27am
it would be really really really cool if you could make some of the civs actually look different. i really enjoy the mod and think its amazing thankyou for creating it ,keep up the good work!

(Cont.) - Seeing as though the Terminus are the lawless it makes sense that their units aren't as well trained as a real military (like the design behind their UU). To represent this I might change their UB to replace the Armory rather than the Mint. This will mean they automatically miss out on a +15 exp, and most cities will also miss out on the Military Academy. By doing this they'll get to keep their strengths, but their armies will have less experience than the rest of the ME races and they will therefore be easier to weaken.
Pluvia  [author] 10 Aug, 2014 @ 3:18am
(Cont.) - The design policy behind their civ is "Production/Gold based, bonus with city-states, centered around Omega". Their weaknesses are supposed to be the difficulty of controlling city-states, the fact almost everything is centered around Omega, and their weak UU and UB. The UB is situational and me, the UU is good at what it does but can't fight in wars due to it being a pirate and not a trained soldier. Though right now their strengths seem to be outclassing their weaknesses, but I don't want to nerf their strengths, instead I want to exacerbate their weaknesses.

(Continued again in next post, thanks Steam character limit).
Pluvia  [author] 10 Aug, 2014 @ 2:21am
@Anyone that interested - So there's an update that shoulda been here by now, but was delayed due to problems getting Sovereign to work correctly and a whole ton of real life issues. Anyway I'm glad that it was as it had a bunch of tiny balance tweaks, but never touched the Terminus. Anyway point is there might be a big(ish) nerf to the Terminus coming. I'll elaborate in the next post due to the character limit on Steam:
Pluvia  [author] 4 Aug, 2014 @ 6:05am
@Dustcan - You could check their XML but generally they should act the way their species do in Mass Effect, with tiny adjustments for balance.
Dustcan 4 Aug, 2014 @ 12:10am
Is there a way to know the bias and preferences of these civs? Like to know how aggressive they are, what they do with city states, etc?
