@vladferrum: The wanted officer is the only one wearing a CSAT uniform. When he is killed the task should complete. I disabled his pathfinding AI, so he should always be there. He looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/19lfozZ.jpg

I've cleaned forest survival camp, killed everybody there, but found no presence or even evidence of chineese instructor which should be there according to intel. Is it normal?

That's absolutely true what hjacky said. So many lovely well placed objects and very exciting ideas for the mission. I really love your detailed making this scenario. Maybe I missed an engineer again but that wasn't a really problem. Many thanks for your huge work.
