laziness, basically. the way mods.tf automatically makes mods for workshop items is a godsend, but it only works with certified compatible submissions. valve never implemented certification with weapon submissions, so there is no standardized zip file format for them, which means mods.tf has nothing to use. bang made a program that made things easier, but it is still very involving.

why doesn't this have a mod? ;_;

This weapon looks so nice, I really hope it can get added, even as a reskin.

This looks really fancy, though it would only really fit in with the full set, so maybe it could just reskin the stock fireaxe when equipped.
