i uploaded it via mod-manager but it might have failed.
i also updated the other mods and they should work if not something is very wrong with my steam.

You have to reupload it to steam as the same mod via mod-manager to update the files.

i will try again tommorow, but all i have done is get rid of the S and fixed the honey file.

I can tell you for a fact it is staxel.item.gatherable not staxel.item.gatherables
as i did a full scan on my directory (as of 1.1.51)
for staxel.item.gatherables
and 0 results show up so no item uses a code like that.
some random stranger is having problem with your mod, i download it to investigate, i have the same issues i don't think it is our fault that your code is not matching the code in the game files.

That is not the code,
Try verifying your files maybe you messed up the base files.
I fresh installed this mod as another user had issues with it so I investigated.
The code is gatherable not gatherables
At least on the latest version of 1.1.51

the code for the honey pot is: "code": "staxel.item.gatherables.HoneyPotFull"
i did some testing myself and this is correct
so i dont know what your issue is but mine is fine, i have even tested in game the recipes and everything is ok. try uninstalling the mod.
hope i could help, i really dont know why your version does not work.
