Hey man, I love your mediterranean assets! I edited a few of your Lugo buildings so they could be used as commercial and office buildings. Could I upload them here in the workshop (crediting yourself, obviously)?

Hey there bud, I'm getting pretty significant texture flickering on these newest Lugo houses of yours (the ones with the open gallery on street level). Could it be something on my end? All your other Lugo houses are fine. :( Thx for advice!
