I am currently running a "Grow your character taller" mod which alters the height of my character, will this conflict with this mod?
I reckon it should'nt since Werewolves are a different race.

doesnt bloody work, only other werewolfs get bigger, or im doing something wrong cuz i deactivated all other werewolf mods

if you use feed as warewolf and get fully sized is it the same size as the when you get this mod?(if so then i download)

The script is just some code I added to a file in skyrims "script folder" Use the link I posted to download the mod.

I have a question about what you said : My other mod where you grow was you feed, I cant seem to get it working via steam. only works if you install the script I have. (faily easy to do btw).

What do you mean with the script part? Is there something missing in that mod?

It appears to conflict, although I can't be certain, with the female werewolf mods? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7169 Being one of my favorites. It just doesn't seem to make that model any bigger, but the male werewolves do become bigger. I don't know if that's fixable or not or if it's the kind of conflict you're looking for but I thought it was worth noting. It may also be a problem on my end, but I dunno. Everything seems to be running smoothly. Neat mod.
