Thank you bri. Glad you're trying all my scenarios and enjoying them.
I love this route. I wish Rich Garber would come back and do a couple more routes. IMHO he was one of the route route developers.

nic little run ,bri

I haven't done any new scenarios in awhile. I like the GE 44 tonners so I might do one if I start making scenarios again.
r.8 21 Sep, 2014 @ 9:29am
are you able to do GE 44 tonners
winston  [author] 7 Sep, 2014 @ 3:28am
I love this route. It's one of my favorites. I haven't done any new scenarios for almost a year because I've been building a route. After TS2015 comes out I may do a few new scenarios and if I do I'll try to include a couple new ones for Portland Terminal.
r.8 31 Aug, 2014 @ 4:03pm
make more portland terminals
winston  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 5:34am
Not sure why you're not seeing this. Have you tired verifing the files?
[MO] Martin 17 Jun, 2014 @ 3:44pm
Very nice scenario, - thanks !!
best regards MO
rockymtdoc 30 Jan, 2014 @ 2:38pm
This isn't showing up in either Portlland Terminal or C&N?
winston  [author] 28 Sep, 2013 @ 8:53pm
I'm almost as old as you are. Although I had a small HO set up when I was a kid I feel the same way about finally having a large model railroad to play with.
A few other people have some of the same issues. One time I had the GP40 go flying off also but it's worked every other time. There's a few bugs with the route and the program but it usually plays ok.
Thanks for playing.
winston  [author] 7 May, 2013 @ 3:53am
I'm glad you enjoyed the scenario. Thanks for trying it.
Dremchief 5 May, 2013 @ 10:32am
Very good job winston Igot it the first it was a lot of fun thqanks
winston  [author] 12 Apr, 2013 @ 6:52pm
Thanks Marc. I'll try to make the instuctions less confusing for future scenarios.
N1QGM 12 Apr, 2013 @ 10:53am
Hi, Winston. I also missed the pickup at the cannery outgoing track, but I noticed it before getting back on the main. Once I figured that out I was able to finish the scenario correctly. Certainly not a show-stopper, but a minor wrinkle in an otherwise very fun scenario on another of my favorite routes, FtK to EL. Thanks for your efforts!
Best,
Marc
winston  [author] 9 Apr, 2013 @ 5:57pm
Thanks for the suggestion. I can't go back and redo it without pulling the scenario but I'll certainly keep it mind for future scenarios. Comments are always appreciated and usually very helpful. Thanks again.
fltsimmer 8 Apr, 2013 @ 12:05pm
Winston, I completed the scenario on the 2nd try. One suggestion with Instructions, AFTER dropoff @ Cannery Shipping Dock #1, instruct the driver to marshall 223082, 224555, 225007 & 223779 @ adjacent track and then return to Yard 4. I didn't catch that & arrived @ Yard 4 without the consist.
winston  [author] 7 Apr, 2013 @ 8:29am
Good luck.
fltsimmer 6 Apr, 2013 @ 10:36am
Thanks, Winston... I'll give it another try.
winston  [author] 6 Apr, 2013 @ 7:47am
Make sure you have the right cars, check the task list for the car numbers and then check the numbers on the cars. It takes a little bit of shuffling to get the right cars into position.
fltsimmer 3 Apr, 2013 @ 12:02am
Can't get the scenario to recognize the fact I dropped off the consist @ Cannery#1. Help!
winston  [author] 30 Mar, 2013 @ 5:53pm
I have a couple of ideas that I might get to in the future. Thanks for playing.
keith.stroud.52 24 Mar, 2013 @ 3:31pm
Hi Winston, so now I find myself at Fort Kent, lol. Another great scenario, lots of thinking needed to get the job done. Keep up the good work. There seemed a lot of wagons in Fort Kent yard Winston, hint, hint.
Regards, Keith.
winston  [author] 16 Mar, 2013 @ 6:57am
Hi derrick,
There are several ways to get the job done. IMHO marshalling senarios are the most fun because sometimes it takes two or three tries. If you like marshalling senarios and have Portland Terminal, The Portland Sports Complex PT. 6 is very challenging.
derrick706 16 Mar, 2013 @ 4:33am
Good scenario. I only figured out once I got to the cannery that the train was too long to fit completely on the runaround track. So, I had to get creative to figure out how to marshall those cars from the middle of the consist. Then, I got all the way back to the yard and figured out that the box cars were back at the cannery. So, I had to run the entire scenario again in order to be able to complete it. But, it was a good challenge.
winston  [author] 12 Mar, 2013 @ 9:36am
Marshalling senarios are my favorite ones to play. I like trying to figure out the most efficient way to do the job.
michbret123 10 Mar, 2013 @ 10:20am
Very nice marshalling scenario. Thanks.
Bob 10 Mar, 2013 @ 8:06am
They are for an AI train in crude oil scenario but you drive it in the Heading South Scenario
winston  [author] 10 Mar, 2013 @ 4:53am
I don't have the P42DC or the F40PH. I put them on my wish list and will pick them up at the next sale. I'm sure I'll like your senario. I might even pick up the engines before a sale if I can scrape up a few bucks.
Bob 9 Mar, 2013 @ 7:30am
Been to most of those places. I love living in Maine and I am right in the middle of Fort Kent and Portland Terminal. Fort Kent looks really close in the game but alot of it is gone now. The Station is now a museum I believe. I hope you like the Crude Oil Scenario.
winston  [author] 9 Mar, 2013 @ 2:37am
I've been deer hunting a couple of times near Molunkus Lake, I think it was Macwahoc. Also I've been up in the north woods on a few times, north of Moose Lake. Plus in the early 70's my band use to go to Prince Edward island for some gigs. Our agent would always book us in Waterville on the way up and back.
My wife and I use to vacation every summer in Bar Harbor. I wasn't into this sim back then or I'm sure I would have taken a day for a side trip to see the railroad.
I'll give your crude oil senario a try.
Bob 8 Mar, 2013 @ 10:48am
Very Nice scenario I enjoyed it very much.
Bob 8 Mar, 2013 @ 8:28am
It is just North of Mattawamkeag where the crude oil train derailed yesterday. I did a scenario on the Portland Terminal about the crude oil train shippments
winston  [author] 8 Mar, 2013 @ 8:19am
aec_av590,
I noted in the description the box cars were at the cannery. I should have noted it again on the task list. Glad you got it figured out.

Bob,
Do you know where Molunkus is?
aec_av590 7 Mar, 2013 @ 12:56pm
Thank you for your scenario, a nice shuffle of wagons for one of Rich Garbers sadly workshop neglected routes. Only minor issue for me was in my work order there was no pick up instruction for those last 4 boxcars (i.e. where to find them) - only where to put them (yard4). Worked out which cars were needed - many thanks, I enjoyed the drive
Bob 7 Mar, 2013 @ 11:47am
I live about 3 hours from there. I try almost every scenario I see there :)
winston  [author] 7 Mar, 2013 @ 11:23am
They have changed a lot since then. If you like Fort Kent, Interdictor has a new one that is really good.
Bob 7 Mar, 2013 @ 8:59am
When Fort Kent first came on on steam it came with the cn sd40
winston  [author] 7 Mar, 2013 @ 7:21am
Thanks Subwayjoe. I have another senario about 1/2 done. I'm usinga CN engine but I'm not sure how I'm going to finish it yet. Someone else beat me to the CN. I might just switch engines.
The Urban Farmer 7 Mar, 2013 @ 6:27am
Very nice scenario. Thank you.
