It is better the one that you use is just easier but can not do some few stuff
How to use:
- Go to Animated Prop tool
- Click Animated Prop
- Now right click on some kind of ragdoll/prop
- Left click somewhere (It will spawn a T posed Ragdoll/prop)
- Right click on the Ragdoll/prop
- Go to the tool menu and you will see a list of animations
- Click on the name of animation you want to make it do the animation

Well, I don't know. I can't seem to reproduce it, and I can think of no reason it would be happening in the first place - especially in singleplayer.
