For the lower floor I can use 2 lane road, or train tracks at 12m height.
But for the upper floor I have no idea what type of road I can use because non of them fit in.

based on my experience, I can tell you for sure . this model will work much better than me. for prop target more than 1000 polygons, this is not desirable . begin to work badly and errors appear .

It's a building which you will find in the electric category. Bridges tend to be made as electrical buildings because it allows them to remain visible at a distance unlike props which just vanish as soon as you reach a certain distance. It also allows lighting to be added to them without them having to connect them to electrical network. There are a few bridges in the workshop which were made as parks, but as far as I'm concerned, they work far better as electrical buildings.

You will need to use anarchy in order to add a road to this bridge. There are multiple mods out there which perform that task, but fine road tool is my personal pick. You will also need the Move It! mod.

Oh wow, that is so much better! You sure did those modifications quick. I'm still at odds with the noise texture used for the pier cap and foundation, but it's already a lot less visible with the changes you've made. Also, There's the size of the selection point is a bit small.

I like this! My hometown has one almost identical, except the road goes at the lower deck and rails are above it. Google search: Ounaskosken silta :)

Also, when you put the pieces end to end, it's clear that the distance between the pillars is off. Trying to get the distance right between those 2 pillars isn't going to be easy. If we only had one half of a span balanced on a single pilar, the distance would look right no matter what I tried to do with it.

Just had the time to check it in game. The metallic trellis clearly says that the bridge has been there a while and I like that detail but... The stone which makes up the pillar is almost pure white. It's not anywhere near dirty enough. Some of the rust from the trellis would have left stains on it for sure. An object always has a history. A good asset can tell that story. The concrete is just a noise texture. It also needs work. The pier cap looks like it's meant to be somewhat beveled, but the shadows are so sharp that you can clearly see the individual polygons. You may also have to adjust the UV on some of the metallic beams. With a bit more work, this asset could look far better than it does right now.
