R1cardo, You are right... Did everything to find it and though I have used this over and over on my test sites... it is gone... So I check and find for some reason the Tax office was uninstalled... which explains the sudden and huge drop in subscribers.... Resubscribed and is now there... See image at top of page... Could you double check it is loaded and shows on your install list?

no luck.. so in the Unique Buildings tab there are subtabs: landmark, tourism, football and level 1-6 unique building, no extra sub-tab.

Thank you lol :) . Sadly for some reason I am not able to see it in Unique Buildings though. I also subscribed Grass Tile but not seeing it in neither zoning nor districts..Not sure if my game/save buged ..

R1cardo, hey.... First you unlock Unique Buildings, which once unlocked will give you... Tax Office (at 2200 population). You called me Pop... a term of endearment set by friends, so you made my day.

Nope, not me., actually, this is not possible. The asset is configured for no... No maintenance.... just income from tax as it should have been. If 6,400 which is higher than the settings... it is as you say "credits:" as in income. I did test, and the asset stimulates "credits"

Lekelokobs, same as any asset. When you add it to an ongoing save, you will be absolutely fine. If you remove it, again like any other asset the game will miss it... save under a new save name and reload. I hope this helps.

Yragar, Good morning, this is effectively the same tax office, but instead of having to pay to maintain a tax office that does not process tax income.... this one collects tax income for your city.

Makes me happy to hear you like it. It is a stock asset, reprogramed for income instead of cost just for fun and to see if I could do it. I also have a Police - Special Forces Unit that takes down crime, giving a % of the intake to your city, then leaves leaving you a paid for police station, in case you are interested.

Just a quick question, how did you make this building make money instead of costing money. I have customize it mod and can open the info panel an see that there is a minus sign in front of the number. how do you get that minus sign there. I cant get it to do it for me. Thanks hope you can help.

I quit using mods by most authors as the game updates constantly mess them up, so only use mods by extremely active modders and so maybe have five mods. Often they quit working entirely and we just don't notice and forget about them, yet they are running in the back ground.

That said, this building has NO custom coding, only stock attributes with one minor change in a standard setting. That setting calculated through a great deal of math, but the game does not know that.

@Improper work conduct & @Populous: thank you for your effort... I just made the procedure of enabling mods step by step two weeks ago (and I have about 90 mods^^), so everything was fine. Maybe somebody has changed something :( I don't feel like doing the whole mission again... so I have to live with the fact that I can't use one-four assets, unfortunately this is one of them :(
Apart from that the game is working, and I'm glad it does so^^

I added the last image above (though a poor one) showing it does place... could you enable all buldings and see if you can place it. This building will disable the old building when placed... only fair thing to do.

You are wise my friend, yes, tested in three games each of the three computer tested on and I have no issues or I would not release the asset. The only other thing is perhaps not all of the quilification are met to enable the Level III Asset in the game yet...

Louis if an object is set to null/0 reference, it is not available, and can therefore not be found. This would explain that you cannot count it. Usually, a null reference will crash your game, but the author of the mod in question has probably nested it in a try/catch statement, meaning that it will try to execute the code, and if it doesn't work, will run the code in the catch statement.

Long story short: Asset does not work, game doesn't crash. Check if you have any other mods installed that effect water towers. Otherwise, I'd try to eliminate one mod at the time to find which one has this issue.

Hmmm. maybe it's not your asset. I added a few mods recently and since I've done this I get some error reports when I build a watertower for example. It tells something about "object set to 0 Reference" (or something like that)... Seems to be harmless, cause the game is still running and so I can ignore these. I can't fugure out what causes the little problem, fact is: something what has to do with "water"... Strange: The added mods havn't to do anything with water :-O

Seems to effect the stock version as well... and some other unique buildings from the workshop which need these water retreatments to be build first.... very strange.!

I can't built it for some unexplainable reason... it tells me: build 3x water retreatment first. If done: still the same and the icon stays black. Any idea?
