Since it seems distance is no longer relevant for rivaling, this is obsolete. If you still want some tweaks to rivaling, check my other mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1315614159

From playing in 2.2 I noticed that I seem to be able to just rival anyone now. I will check into the code but it seems this is obsolete now.

There you go, I made another mod which removes those restrictions. Please only use one or the other as they have the same overwrite.

Can you make a seperate mod that lets me rival ANYONE? like even if they are pathetic comparied to my power? a tiny little state just insulted my 100K fleet and i want to set some pirates on them,
