Load up GMod, open the console, and type snd_updateaudiocache, followed by snd_restart.
This should fix your problem :)

Bruh, for some reason these footsteps make static SCREECHING noises.
It makes ears want to die, so please, I need solution.

Nope! If you're only referring to the video, I lowered or muted all other sounds to showcase the footsteps.

The footsteps are great but don't you think they are a little bit too loud?
