A great mod! One thing worth mentioning is that if the colonists are sleeping or working during the call to arms, they will only go to change their clothes after they wake up or finish their shift. My goodness, waiting for them to reach the battlefield is enough time for my little guys to die ten times.

I thought this mod wasn't working. However, even in vanilla, Colonist will only self-equip Apparel that is located in a Stockpile Zone. This Mod also requires apparel to be located in a suitable stockpile zone to function.

For anyone having trouble, I have made a very similar mod called Combat Draft, which does mostly the same thing (but it uses the game's default Outfit system, rather than BPC outfits).

Does the mod have major incompatibilities? Nothing works that is explained in the videos and the description. Even the submenus do not work. The pawns only go into the draft and run to the destination. None of the settings work.

Ohhh I see, it's the whole colony Assign policy that it changes, not just the Outfit policy for that one pawn...
And it doesn't change back when undrafted... Hmmm

Perhaps I'll leave that as a suggestion, at least for me it would make a bit more sense if it changed only the Outfit policy for the colonists you use the Gear up and Go button instead of changing the entire colony Assign policy

And it would be nice if the outfit policy was changed back to what it was (or colony default) after undrafting

I'm using this and the "unofficial" BPC update and right clicking the Gear up and Go icon will only always show me the "Default" outfit option... Anyone experiencing the same issue? Is it just a load order issue or something that can be fixed?

I'm the modder who upgraded Better Pawn Control to 1.5 (Im not the original mod author). Given the fact that both mods worked well each other in 1.4, I suppose it should be so in 1.5 as well.

I dont know how you upgrader GuaG to 1.5, especially how your dealt with the massive class changes for policies, and attempt to read the policies from BPC.

Very useful, when clicking on the button and selecting a tile, pawns will change their clothing according to the currently selected policy and then go to the tile. With the "Better Pawn Control" mod together, you can click M2 on the button to change the policy for everyone before selecting the tile. After the fight is over, I suggest you go back to the work attire policy.

both in vanilla and in this mod: pawns change to clothing with the best stats when induced by policies, even though they are the same (but of higher quality); They also change several outfits in a row.

muito util, ao clicar no botão e selecionar um ladrilho, os peões iram trocar o vestuario conforme a politica atualmente selecionada e depois irão ao ladrilho. com o mod "Better Pawn Control" junto, você pode clicar M2 no botão para mudar a politica para todos antes de selecionar o ladrilho. após a luta acabar, sugiro que volte com a politica de vestuario de trabalho.

tanto no vanilla, quanto neste mod: os peões trocam para o vestuario com os melhores stats ao ao serem induzidos pelas politicas, mesmo sendo a mesma (só que de qualidade superior); eles tambem trocam varios vestuarios em seguida.

Quick note that this does not work with Outfitter for Rimworld 1.4. With Outfitter installed, GU&G doesn't trigger apparel change.

Really like your mod, like Ghost id also love for there to be functionality like this for weapons. For example so I could switch to an EMP loadout for when fighting robots, or bows for hunting normally and then guns for fighting. I realise that there is functionality like this in CE, but it makes so many more mods incompatible. Not sure how much work this would be, but it would be really cool addition.
