Both aren't incredibly rare and you should be able to find them within at max, a few hours.
Baseball bat? I use a non-workshop mod for it as of now, could you define it?
You could probably search CSS Knife unlocker and find it.
That's the last option I can think of other than maybe you didn't follow some sort of step.
The only other option I could think of is if you're on a Mac.
give sniper_scout
maybe it's
give rifle_scout
You could always download the TUMTARA map, type
map tumtara
The CSS weapons should be there
give sniper_awp
Restart the game, go to singleplayer (or launch through console if you want to have one at the start, follow this):
Press the '`' key (~)
That opens up the console
Enter sv_cheats 1
That enabled cheats, allowing you to spawn the guns in if you don't want to look for them
Enter a map, for example, c2m1 (Which is Dark Carnival)
Once you have loaded up, open the console again and enter give sniper_scout
You should have the weapon then (If you downloaded the unlocker script and restarted the game)
It replaces the Counter Strike Scout which is hidden by default, perhaps that's your problem?
