@garb im pretty sure rebel engineers can just cut open the mask, skull whatever and re-wire the brain of the combine soldier to turn them against the universal union.

nice but i would think it would be really hard to actually make a soldier a rebel sense elites and soldiers are synths but the metro cops are completely organic
