Yeah, it does need a DLC.
Explain how you're supposed to play a mod with features from a DLC *without* the DLC.

Implementing music in Civ6 is a really tricky thing, so i don't usually bother and just re-use other civ's music.

I don't get it. How do I add it to the game? I have subscribed and the mod shows up in the game. But I can't select the civilization and if I don't disable it I come back to the start screen when trying to start any other game. I have tried to add the fix for it as suggested in this thread. What am I doing wrong?

Mod is now updated with a balance for the UA.
The science granted by Karl's unique ability is now equal to the unit's base combat strength, and should be considerably less powerful then before.

I don't know if it a bug, but I get gobs and gobs of science points when I upgrade promoted units. Swordsman to musketman could yield 6-700 points, other opgrades even more. I had, playing on Deity level, researched satellites by 150 AD, whilst the AIs had barely discovered gun powder! It is way too much of an advantage. Conquered the World around 600 AD with 5 battleships, 6 infantry, a couple of cavalry units and field guns, 3 destroyers, 1 artillery and 1 tank. All units were upgraded from first basic units and it made me smarter than Einstein!

Went ahead and updated the mod, fixing the city art bug people were reporting, and providing the Royal Academy with a bonus that doesn't give free patronage if you play wide enough.

Rise and Fall is enforced because it uses features that require Rise and Fall. A lot of them.

I could create a whole new version of the mod for people without Rise and Fall but this one was already a lot of hard work and time spent.

TSL is tricky with Rise and Fall, haven't figured it out yet.

The city bug is strange, since it worked when i first released the mod and i've been having issues creating other mods with that city bug. I'll get it fixed once i figure out what it is.
