ok, got it. I thing u should delet this until someone find this model whith textures. Just i don't see reasons to hold that notworking addon on workshop. Agree?

This is more like the appearance of the early 2001 setting.

cool skin, but this isn't E3 2002. the CPs looked like in the E3 2003 videos. this was an old 1999/2000 concept if I remember correctly. very old. so not E3, but rather Concept. still rating up though.
