The Magyar Recurve Bow does not increase attack.
The Huns (and possibly other civs) get ring archer armor twice (a tech their civilization does not get).

Franks castle tech (range +1 and +40% faster stables) doesn't seem to work.

@Horakhty I't been a long time since i last checked on this mod, so I'm not 100% sure, but if I recall correctly that is supposed to be the case, and it is the same for any civilization that has a similar bonus :)

@Brisvag Hi nice mod, I don't know if its normal because you don't talk about it but if you play VIKINGS only the FIRST Wheelbarrow techs and Hand cart techs are free and automatically researched you still need to research it 2 more times at full cost.

@me is joris, I did this mod mostly to play with friends, and balanced it according to our collective decisions. I don't plan on making multiple versions, but you will probably find another mod that does what you want on the wokshop.

@MrFine, I haven't checked it in a while, and have no time at the moment, sorry. Have you tried keeping base settings for everything else?

Can you please make it so these balance changes are removed in an extra workshop item? I'd love to play this but having to balance this mode quite kills the fun...

the last few times i've played with this, it completely removed Unique Techs, and Aztec monk civ bonus didn't work at all

@LEO, I guess you probably need DLCs to start the game, but you can still join an existing one ivev if you only have the base game. Adding it to the description, since I don't know how to fix this atm.

multiplayer and singleplayer both say they need DLC ive tryed other 3x mod and they work fine
so it just this one. also if it help's im playing with just bots

@LEO It shouldn't. A friend of mine with only the base game was perfectly able to join my games, but was restricted on playing only the free-rotation civilizations. Does it not work for you?

@dominic, as with every other mod you have to subscribe to it, and steam will download it for you. After restarting the game, the next time you create a match you will have the option to select the Dataset of the mod. It's in the same drop-down menu where you usually choose between original game or expansions.

@Plesioth, I don't think I will take the time to do it. However I'm sure there is another version of this mod on the workshop that does not have any balance change :P

@Axel exactly. However, as I said, you can begin the game at higher ages to "fix" this problem.

it wont work on the AI because there programed to only click that tec the certain amount of times the civ has it, but the tecs will still be there for them but they cant click them

@shtml5555 What is the setting of the game that crashed? Did you pick Britons or Franks in an imperial/postimperial game? Those crash for some reason unknown to me, unfortunately.

If it was a different setting, then please let me know; I did try every other civ at least once and also played online with this mod many times, so it's unlikely that something would happen in a "normal" game.

Hi Bris,my game crashed down when I tried to play with this mod if I pick particular civ for myself (single player), random is OK though. But I can pick for AI without problems.

@ecker00 no, unfortunately the AI is only able to research the first occurence of any tech. However, if you want a harder challenge you could begin the game in castle/imperial/postimperial age. In that case, the AI too would begin with all the researches from the previous ages.
Just remember that Britons and Franks cannot begin in imperial and postimperial age, or the game will crash!

Cool, does the AI's manage to research any of the techs with this one or is that unfixable?
