Wait, so if you want to be friends with her, you should pursue culture, but not enough to overtake her, and compete for Great People, but not the ones she's competing for? Seems like a pretty narrow band of tolerance there. You might want to reverse either her likes or her dislikes (or one half of each) to make it more consistent (either she likes high-culture civs or she dislikes them, and either she likes civs competing for great people or she dislikes them).
