I took the mod that changes Zoey into Luna and the one that changes Rochelle into Celestia, left the Celestia one alone, and changed all the file names from Zoey to Coach. Reversed it and changed Francis into Celestia. Dunno if it's that easy with workshop stuff, but it's super simple if you grab the mods from l4dmaps.com . I can't give you my erm... modded... version of the mod 'cuz it's not mine to redistribute .
