Why not just have Brazil annex Columbia, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, and the Little Spots the Europeans have ( Suriname, Guyana, And French Guiana ), while Argentina will annex Paraguay Uruguay, Chile, and Bolivia. Honduras can annex all of the Central American Countries, and Cuba will annex the Caribbean islands ( Puerto and such. )

it is better, but removes SA. All this small countries slow you pc down, use only this or the other mod.
