If you don't see vehicle color and/or windows, you need to:

1. Check, is Shared Textures turned on
2. try to re-subscribe
3.
/Unsub Benefactor and shared textutes
/launch gmod
/type in console "menu_cleanup*blah-blah* "
/wait some time
/close gmod
/sub again on Shared and Benefactor
/start gmod

It nothing helps, then I don't know
