Report a translation problem
I'm asking someone with a similar issue on my Jay White to try something -
If you have that file in your BGM folder, there may be an issue with downloaded edits' themes not playing. If so, we'd need to wait for a patch. If you want to test it, try making a new edit using Jay as a base, and set a theme under the Skills section (if it's not already listing Young_Bucks.mp3). If the theme plays for the copy, then it's gotta be something related to how the updated version handles themes from the Workshop.
