Looks like a dilophosaurus from the Jurassic Park! :D
The only thing is that it would not be very noticeable in the actual game since the scarf has exactly the same colour and texture as the veno's hide. So, maybe it would be a good idea to change the shade and the texture on the edges of the scarf? Like, make them a little bit more reddish with some dots maybe.

Like it,to bad valve is retarded and doesn't accept any veno items in the game.
