These are absolutely beautiful. The rustic textures on them are amazing. I love these for various uses in my structures. Thanks, wolfgar ! :steamhappy:

I've been needing this for my barn. Nice job!
Ulfgard the Unmaker 20 Jul, 2019 @ 12:58pm
Ah, that makes sense. I'd been experimenting with them over the last few days, and was having a difficult time figuring out whether or not they were actually bearing structural load.

In any event, thank you for both the helpful answer and the many excellent mods you've produced! They really help the game feel more complete than it is.

You can only read the amount by holding hammer in hand to read the deconstruction which displays Integrity. Small blocks have no construction so no read.
Ulfgard the Unmaker 20 Jul, 2019 @ 12:38pm
For clarification, should I be reading your last comment that only large blocks do that to mean "only large blocks count for structural support" or "you can only view the amount of load a block is supporting for large blocks"?
wolfgar7474  [author] 16 Jul, 2019 @ 2:28pm
thanks but I think only large blocks do that. I made these small blocks so they can be used more openly.
Galactic Viking 16 Jul, 2019 @ 2:22pm
Love the mod, but would be nice to see the stress load on it when inspecting with a hammer.
Jan Žák 6 Jul, 2019 @ 1:22am
Thank you very much for this great mod.

Update- Vanilla textures from .64 are no longer needed. Removed them and redid the pillars with new textures and new bounding box for better mountpoints and placement. I also added a Large Reinforced Pillar

Hey great mod. Just out of shear curiosity, any thoughts of making a iron banded stone variant?
wolfgar7474  [author] 24 Feb, 2019 @ 8:48am
Update- fixed improper variant visibility.
Destruction 21 Oct, 2018 @ 9:59am
Oh uh, no, but he's not up for suggestions...usually. Only with his mod for special projectiles is he up for suggestions.
wolfgar7474  [author] 21 Oct, 2018 @ 9:38am
I assume since you keep saying Peaceman you have already asked him?
Destruction 21 Oct, 2018 @ 9:24am
Btw, the tank I've been building can survive slight falls, but not a big fifty meter or so fall. Also, Peaceman's wheel actually has slightly increased friction, and possible...suspension? The vehicle doesn't go to a full stop, it doesn't take any damage, only the wheels. Meanwhile use of normal wheels for some reason causes THE ENTIRE VEHICLE to take damage, usually shatters the glass I'm using for the windows.

The tank is good for defense against crossbows, peaceman's matchlock musket, and swords. It's good for offense against siege weaponry (INCLUDING ITSELF), buildings, and players who are working as swordsmen / archers.

Hope this is clarifying how the tank goes, I actually just changed a personal defence thing of the game itself, but it works mighty fine.

Ok I didnt realize the catchblock was tougher then the wheels. I will see if i can make a reinforced wheel in my Medieval Cart Mod
Destruction 21 Oct, 2018 @ 9:04am
Huh. Well, it worked to use Peaceman's small reinforced wheel.
wolfgar7474  [author] 21 Oct, 2018 @ 8:32am
Hi I would assume it is popping off the catchblock. Making the wheel stronger will not help this. As far as I know, nobody has been able to reproduce another catchblock as a mod.
Destruction 21 Oct, 2018 @ 8:15am
Hi. Could you make a mod for a special wheel that's a lot tougher? My medieval tank's wheels just pop off. I guess too many weights...but that's the only thing that isn't weak as complete weakness incarnate...

At least this thing doesn't need a clang drive.
Destruction 19 Sep, 2018 @ 2:42pm
I couldn't find any mods or anything for iron small blocks. And the weights don't feel too appealing.

I might use weights, just it sounds a little...I just think it might tear itself apart.
Destruction 19 Sep, 2018 @ 7:27am
wait no 75 hours
Destruction 19 Sep, 2018 @ 7:26am
Wait, a cart? What? WHAT????

I'm kinda bad at making things in this game right now, so it is gonna be quite hard for me.

Cause', I have only around 48 hours in.
Destruction 18 Sep, 2018 @ 3:04pm
Sorry for being late btw
Destruction 18 Sep, 2018 @ 3:04pm
Ok
wolfgar7474  [author] 18 Sep, 2018 @ 9:52am
Hi wouldnt iron be more suitable then Stone. I just dont see putting stone armor on a cart then pusihing it around with a cannon.
Destruction 18 Sep, 2018 @ 9:38am
Hi, I'd like a small block stone bit that could be built for a tank I'm going to be working on...yes, a medieval tank...

Just I couldn't find any stone armor mods for small blocks.

wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 1:13pm
Hi I just updated a fix. Now has a average crafting for all pillars 1 timber 2 plank 2 metal parts. Can be crafted in the woodcrafting table. Thank you for the report bexstar2811. I could use more poeple on my discord channel for these types of reports. https://discord.gg/spZvc2K
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 12:52pm
Not at all. you just fixed mod by reporting it was broke Thank you.
bexstar2811 17 Mar, 2018 @ 12:38pm
Sorry Hun! I hate to be a pain in the butt!
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 12:32pm
I will have this fixed and survival ready soon
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 12:31pm
Ok i guess i needed to add crafting from what kobi is saying. I thought i found a way to skip the fact the price for all pillars will be the same. I would rather have these on a variant then have proper ingrediants for each pillar.
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 12:07pm
hmm your right they are not crafting after research. i will try and get a fix out as soon as possible
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 11:49am
hmm ok i will test and see If i can see a issue
bexstar2811 17 Mar, 2018 @ 11:48am
Yep can build them fine. I have the required materials in my inventory, search for the pillar in the book, drag into my hot bar but it’s greyed out. I don’t think I have another timber mod on apart from your coloured one but I’m not using those
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 11:46am
I also updated these yesterday and added new pillars. If you are on a server i think you have to have them reset it or something.
wolfgar7474  [author] 17 Mar, 2018 @ 11:44am
Hi no worries ;)
Can you build the in game timbers yet? I also believe there is a timber plank mod out there that is not compatible with this one.
I need to label that on here somewhere.
bexstar2811 17 Mar, 2018 @ 11:26am
I’m not sure why but I can’t build these. I’ve learnt the research required but it’s greyed out when placed in my hot bar. I’m so sorry I feel so embarrassed to have this issue again...
wolfgar7474  [author] 16 Mar, 2018 @ 7:02pm
Update- Added some pillars now with 1-4 elbows-arms. Also fixed texture on vanila round and vanila square lod. Also adjusted some naming and ingrediants according with the new pillars.

Thanks. I will consider other the variants.
Oevrir 14 Mar, 2018 @ 3:36pm
Hi Wolfgar, pillars looks great. Did you think about other support timbers variants? Like only on one side, on perpendicular sides, on three or on all sides?
wolfgar7474  [author] 14 Mar, 2018 @ 1:47pm
Thanks guys!
