@Bob I finally got to popping the game open and updating the mod. No changes made, just allowed it to work with new version of the game.

I put a bunch of .tga files in my Mod Buttons. Lots of authors puzzle over the icons. I sure did, do still sort of. Anyhow, I think if you get the mod and look in the folder UI/Icons/Updates you may use what ever you like. Your mod is lots of help and I think well balanced. Thank you. If you want to look at the cinco de mayo mod and puzzle the attachments: I wanted the cup to up and down on the tribo scrubber ball. Hummm.....

Hey, Taiylim How do I get you some improved button icons to go with your improved power. Love your Mod babe. I put a pic of the bar in my artwork. I do not know how to send .tga to you. Make a mod with just .tga? or add to my buttons mod and you can go in and pick um out. Maybe I can add the singles to the artwark. Nah that is .png format. idk - What do you think?

@Spannbeton rather than updating this mod and causing grief with other players, I've made a carbon copy that is more difficult / balanced. The mod is located here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1339794714

The mods are NOT compatible with eachother.

Well then for now it works. simply because of aesthetics this is a favorite of mine. Please just adjust the cost like most mods it is extremely unbalanced.

But like all games I exlusively play heavily modded

The Omega not opening is something I haven't resolved. When you copy the base game Stirling Generator the mod version doesn't function the same. I assume there is some LUA code I need to find to fix this. For the time being I made the closed Omega produce 50 power for just that reason. Originally I wanted 25 / 50 as the Closed / Open rates.

I could very well make a super version of the Omega at a significant cost at those values.

Since they are using the same models, could you make a version where those things are just plain (and expensive) upgrades that give something like 3-400% production?

Also in my game the omega cannot be opened, is this intended?

@Spannbeton I certainly agree. I am continueing on fine tuning the balance; and learning locking these behind some technology or upgrades.

This is a lot better than vanilla. As it just looks a bit more realistic without the huge windfarms..

However the costs should be scaled up. Those things are way too cheap to maintain.
Also maybe lock them behind some midgame barriers as building them from the start is just very powerful.

They are available right from the start, I haven't learned how to lock them behind technology as of yet.

Do we need to research anything first or are they available from the start? (Which would be a bit gamebreaking tbh)
