As side from that fact I have a motivated and creative co-author for the high elves mod who help/ed me with effect and skill ideas.
I might rework my Dragon Corps Lords for WH3 or when I found the time for WH2 first but that is not guaranted.
I`m comparing them to your High Elves LLs, which seem to have gotten so much more love.^^
The Commanders weapon "Anvil" from level 6 doesn´t seem to have an effect as well...at least the text in the skill tree is empty.

The fixed mod version is live now.

No in my personal Dragon-Corps-lore, the Corps only belongs to the empire as its units.
