@Kepler68 I didn't find the problem you tell me. May be it is oher MOD made the problem up.

yeah basically the game is forcing hive mind pops to use the undesirables citizenship thing which causes them to die, just like if i didnt have the mod on. im thinking EGR (i still call cultural overhaul ethics + government rebuild) just changed something or mod load priority changed.

im still having issues with the hive mind pops being purged even with this on. can you update it? i really like this mod :)
