Huh... that option isn't there. I guess I'll have to find an update for the game somewhere, since steam says that there isn't one

When you enter games main menu the should be workshop option at the bottom. the second image in this article shows it.

I've never seen that screen before. I was talking about the workshop tab in the steam app.

where is that workshop tab in game?

Usually you go to the workshop in the game, click on the manage tap and then in the list that appears, click on the map. This should cause some buttons to higlight at the bottom. One of those buttons is play. clicking on this should force the game load skirmish game with the selected map.

Do I right click on the thing in my workshop? Or should clicking on it bring up a drop down menu?

To be honest i dont what else to say. If my map is the only workshop file showing up, there might be something wrong with your workshop, as anything you subscribe to should show up there as well.

Its the only workshop file I have for this game. Other workshop files for my other games just appear in game. And I can't find Lyon Defense in the skirmish menue, in either the 6 player or 8 player map sections.

i also assume it doesnt appear in the skirmish menu has just 'Lyon Defense', has ive noticed the '(6-8)' part doesnt show up in my menu?

I go to the Steam Workshop tab on COH, click on this map, and instead of bringing up a menu that has 'Play' as an option I am brought to this discussion page.

If I click on it from my workshop list, it just brings me to this same discussion

have you checked your workshop list to see if its listed? If it is click on it and then click play at the bottom and it should put you into a skirmish game with that map.

Yeah, I've seen that one, only problem is that the central bridge is also destroyed, I also love the extra space for defences that this map offers

There is already a map on the workshop called 'Lyon Bridges Destroyed' which might be what your looking for.

God, I love bridge maps... Do you think you could make a version that still has the side bridges, but makes them start destroyed? Just as a way to catch unattentive players offguard
