I haven't updated it yet but it should work, all it does is add a repeatable tech.

Updated to 2.5.1, should still be backwards compatible to 2.3.3.

Ok, I think I see what happened, last time I updated the mod steam duplicated it instead of updating it... I will attempt to figure out this feature and get a good update out.

The game say that is ok for the version 2.3.1 but right now the game is upgrade to the version 2.3.3

Overall naval capacity, i.e. how much ship "weight" you can have in your entire fleet before getting inefficiency penalties.

Patched to the tech is Tier 5.
