Gentlemen, if someone needs to add / change something in these models - you can do it yourself. We stopped working at GMod for a very long time, from which it follows that this addon will not be supported in the future

In this case Commissar is below/equal to Commander because in the DoW 2 Retribution campaign features a LORD Commissar as well as a Lord General.
