I'm working on a better version, with the Rochelle version going ahead and using Zoey's animations.

As for phong and normal maps, phong is a form of shading. Here, it helped the skin to look a bit more realistic, and helped the hair look a little shiny. The normal maps add a bit of bumpiness to the face. Well, primarily to the hair, but still.
Whatever tweaks you had to do they make the difference! (I'm not familiar with the terms "normal maps", "phong" and I can only hopefully guess what "new eye shader" does).
FakeFactory made a nice looking suit, too :D
