when i load this mod i get 11 errors

does this support the warfare 2 reskins? or is there a version with exact same specs as this but with warfare 2 reskins?

Maybe tier 5 could have a lot of energy production as a bonus but more expensive

We use them on our Survival Server.

hmm. i see what you mean. not sure how to fix it though. i normally take large swaths of time off from SE, and am rather out of the loop atm. not sure why it would be affecting that considering the mod doesn't change the gui... but then again there was no good reason for it to render all things ever as un-producable back in the day either.

will work on it. might have to rebuild it from scratch with the new code.

Can confirm @Grim_Repair's comment. Isolated this mod to be the cause of my Assembler menu being completely borked, disallowing me from crafting the ammunition added in the new Warfare update.

This mod breaks the building of any consumables (like canvas, and all the ammo since the warfare update). How to recreate: add this mod to empty world, spawn assembler, and notice that the consumable build menu is missing under production tab.

DemonFX Technically [Decoration Pack] isn’t an update... It’s DLC. So I doubt it would have any effect on mods within game unless you have a mod that adds the same things as a DLC Pack, then that’s where issues might come up. Other than that you should be in the clear.

I have not updated it, are you experiencing issues?

i don't think it should have been affected by the pack. all it seemed to do on a code level basis is add a string to identify dlc locked items, though i could see an issue arising if keen, in their infinite wisdom, decided to add a "core" string for the game proper.


(on a different note, theoretically it should be possible to make a mod that allows them without the DLC, but i am, of course, not officially condoning such actions)

I never looked to see how fuels consumption was done, as it was irrelevant to the blocks themselves. however seeing as it was not mentioned in the block files, it is likely tied to the resource or power systems themselves, so there it is likely the same effciency (i. e. more consumption)

Does uranium usage for the reactors scale with their power output? e.g. small tier 3 uses 6x as much uranium

alright, that took less time than i expected. i tested without any production blocks in the file and inventories loaded normally. perhaps Keen fixed that "Feature" in 1.0. regardles sit should be functioning once more, if you have further issues let me know.

hmmm. i suppose 1.0 broke it then. i have been unable to find a way to not include the basic production blocks as for some reason they then effectivly stop working.

i'll work on an update for you.

Hey man, just to let you know, I confirmed a conflict between your tiered reactors and the vanilla Basic Refinery. The basic Refinery's model is overwritten and all we can see is a purple cube that occupies the space between 2 blocks. Really like this mod and is a critical part of my server

For what it's worth I figured this out. The legacy.bin file is actually just a compressed archive that can be opened and extracted like any other zip file. Once I did that I found all the kids files.

yeah I believe workshop mods are compressed as an SBM? file that I do not know how to open.

Yeah, unfortunately the only thing in the mod directory for this mod is 960844256246869109_legacy.bin. No data folder, no cubeblocks.sbc file, nothing. It's very strange, as other mods that add blocks to the game seem to have that stuff no problem, so I'm a bit confused.

ah, are you looking for the mod files themselves? i confess i can't really recall much about finding mods downloaded from steam... i think they are saved in a compressed format, and i am not sure how to open them.

they should be in the mod directory cubeblocks.sbc the names of each reactor are identical to those of the original reactors with a number afterwards denoting the tier.

ex. "SmallBlockLargeGenerator4" for the small ship large reactor tier 4.

Are they called something weird? Cause I can't seem to find them anywhere. Are they in the main CubeBlocks.sbc file in the SpaceEngineers directory or in the mod directory?

they are at the bottom of the file, i copy pastad all the production blocks above it to fix that one bug with producton.

yeah, for some reason (i blame keen) if you do not have the production blocks in the cubeblocks file, they refuse to let you load anythign through conveyors. i can however update them with the PCU varients.

a bit messy in the files now this is. basically its removing the pcu value of every vanilla block because you left all the blocks in the data files. Im gonna go ahead and clean this up cuz i do want to use it on a DS. I will link back here

It was not allowing ice to fill small O2 gens becuase i missed that one when i corrected the other production blocks. will be fixed shorty.
