It's quite possible you need the modpack legacy. There have been a lot of changes to the modpack and SM since I built this, so there's no guarantees this stuff still works. If I ever get back in SM, I may try some of the old creations to see what's up

hay man... plz help me because... well your builds are amazing and all but even though ive got all the mods required on the world that im trying to load on to but it keeps crashing on me so on your next build (if you do one) please try to make it with not so meany mods. thanks :)

Sorry. Maybe the world doesn't work since all the updates to SM. I don't think I have it anymore either, seeing as I stopped playing last year. I suggest finding something else, or building your own

Maybe you need the Modpack legacy. There have been changes to the Modpack and some parts were moved to another mod

It's possible that an update made it so you can't put a lift on the terrain tracks any more. Honestly, I don't know what changes have been made in the last year

The hills are there to block some of the views, as that gives the feeling that the tile is bigger than it is. A lot of the hills aren't too steep, and can be climbed, but you can always use a Brent Batch flyer to get around quicker :)
