The moduploader is still borked for Linux at the moment. I won't be able to change much untill that's fixed, but i'll try looking at it when i can change it.

With Repentance, the game crashed after I used this item and completed the room I was in - this is the only item I'm subscribed to that modifies the hourglass, so it may or may not be broken now

I just nerfed it to have a 30 seconds duration all around. I've already had a comment suggesting i should give it a bigger chargetime, but since that is not really possible (at least not for a item that's not modded into the game) I felt like the nerf was needed anyhow...
Also, I like it when game mechanics are consistent. So just bosses that stop slowing down after a while doesn't make much sense to me.

Seems a bit op on bullet hell bosses considering how it cripples them and low charge cost... how about making this item work only for 30 seconds on bosses? It would be more balanced

yes, if it was possible to make a mod that the hourglass of death lasts an additional 5/10 seconds, because it is very fast the normal time

@falmunction If I'd give it a higher room charge (or a lower for that matter), then I'd have to make another item altogether instead of just changing the effects of the existing one, remove the item Hourglass from the itempools and replace it in each itempool. I think you also wouldn't be able to get to a 1000%, cause there is an achievement that requires to pick up each item at least once (unless you already did so)
I can still up the charge required for this item, but I was refraining from doing that for these reasons...

With the added duration, I think it deserves a 6 room charge.
