poltergeist481 - Do you mean during the game? I've never encountered that. All my music mods do from what I have seen is slow down the initial boot into the game. Once the game is on, they all seem to work fine. Meaning no game lag.

Here's another suggestion. I know you have thousands of tracks at the ready, but I think you should separate off the Hearts of Iron 1 music into a separate mod. As much as I like this pack, it causes too much lag for my computer.

No problem, and thanks again. Your pictures seem fine enough too me, so I'm pretty sure it's just a file name/extension thing (remove the second to last .dds in the file name, but not the .dds file extension itself). Or maybe you need an interface text file (.gfx-file) besides the GUI one. It's a small detail though, and the mod does all the important stuff, so no need to sweat something unnecessary like an album cover for your HoI IV radio channel :S

Sorry about that, Khanor, it's fixed in both files now. As for the image, at this point since it's not made to be user friendly, I've given up on. I only care if it works, and it does. Maybe in the future Paradox will add in the ability to make the mods easy to edit on the in game music player. Some people got it easily for the mods out there, since they know a thing or two about art programs. Myself, I don't know that stuff. I'd have to take a course in one to even know the basics.

The image covers not showing up could have to do with the fact that the file names of the images themselves end on .dds.dds, when the interface specifies just .dds. But I'm no expert on the matter.

The fact that the music wasn't found is probably due to the game being super sensitive on lower- and uppercase, with "Chabrier, Rhapsodie pour orchestre" being the name in the .txt-file, and "Chabrier, rhapsodie pour orchestre" being the name in the .asset-file. I'd just make the second 'r' uppercase. has_defensive_has_war is just a case of ripping out the "has_"-part. Again, great mod :)

Hello, and thanks for this great mod. I just love using it for getting the correct atmosphere for playing WW1 mods and the like. Since I'm also a modder I did notice the error log going bananas for a tiny error in your mod, which would clutter it for me too, and playing without this great music is not an option for me :) I did narrow down the error for you in hopes that you would fix it. On line 5959 in the hoi4musicprojectclassical1.txt file (in the music folder) you're missing the ending quotation mark for song = "Chabrier, rhapsodie pour orchestre". I'd love it if you could fix this. Anyhow, keep up the great work

Updated to make all conditions work that were previously reporting an error.

Updated to work with 1.7 and radio stations. Though still not perfect, I hope to update it with a proper picture and song titles in the future.

Paradox has put in new "Stations" of music for you to select to be active, within the game. After having just figured it out why my music isn't playing in the new beta, I actually think this will help my music mods more since now you can select which ones to have running. I just need to now put the new code into all of my music mods. This will be done shortly.

The USA mod has been redone with crystal clear sound, and over 100 new songs.

Massive changes are coming to all my 7 HOI IV mods. They will be the best quality of sound possible, and much more fleshed out music. The popping noise will be eliminated with some songs that would play like that. What it means is that the quality had to be increased, it will sound great, but all of it will be larger in download size. Lower quality is also how the other guys make their music mods so small.
