With the extra points towards great artists/musicians/writers it should be just right and not too overpowered, one would hope. I also fixed a small code mistake that stopped Mexico's Alpha icon from displaying.
I might take another look at the flavors but I think I have all of them covered. There were a few missing from Albania and Armenia too so I added them. I've been basing my changes off Leugi's and Tomatekh's civs. Tomatekh posted a fairly good outline of what has changed from G&K to BNW for civs.
From what I can tell the only things left to do would be alpha icons and maps for Burma and Wallachia.

Hmm, that's cool, but also consider that the leader flavors change a bit too. There are five new flavors as well as a lot of "basic flavors". I also plan to update Wallachia and Burma with new map images to make it look a bit more civ-ish.
Hmm, three extra specialists in its entirety, the whole culture concept changes in BNW, which is rather annoying for modders. I don't know how many artists slots there are, if any. I think only the guilds have them, correct? If so, then you made a good change, I guess xD
I hope the trait is still strong and useful enough, though.

Following from my previous post, I did a bit of tinkering around and put together a BNW version myself, replacing the extra specialists in the ampitheater/opera/museum with extra specialists in the 3 guilds. I can send you the code if you like. I've also done BNW updates for Burma, Croatia, Georgia, Bulgaria and Wallachia.

Will there be a BNW version of this soon?

Due to the failure of Steam and/or SDK, this mod was briefly changed to the Vanilla version for no apparent reason..

Actually I like that Miguel Idlago is the leader of the Mexico cause he was the person who started the rebelution and died for the liberation of mexico, Great job :D Also I would like if you can make another mod for the Mexican Empire either under the Rule of emperor Agustin 1 or the second Empire under the rule of Maximilian 1

I could always make an alternative leader if you want to. Understand that it is sometimes difficult to find appropriate art to adjust. Just tell me which of the leaders you prefer and I will try!

I dont like that Miguel Hidalgo is the leader of the Mexican nation... I would have gone for Juarez, Porfirio or even Cardenas (the first)
