To find the prop packs:

1. Press Q or which ever button opens your spawn menu.
2. Go to the spawnlist tab.

3. To the left, there's a box that has a folder called “Your Spawnlist” and a metal gear called “Browse”, if you haven't open the browse.

4. Open the addons folder.
5. Scroll down till you see prop pack and click on it.
