Why do the rules in game say Counter Clockwise turn order when the rules say Clockwise turn order?

Thanks Elder_Salt. I've digitally touched up these maps (also playing with the brightness & contrast). I also did the latest port of Village but borrowed some of the assets from an earlier Village mod.
