Report a translation problem
As said, if you end up updating the mod and to so yourself, (practically integrating the same changes I made), there will be no need for my fix, and I will remove upon request.
All I changed is the replaced the "0"s at the build costs, build times, and maintenance costs, and removed the checks of already existing RingWorlds in the system, forcing the player to build the smaller ones before building bigger ones.
If you want to, I can even send you the exact file for you to use in this mod, so that you won't actually have to do it yourself.
I did not meant to offend in any way, I simply thought that others might enjoy the fix to this already amazing mod!
I must say, (no intention of bragging) it worked FLAWLESSLY!
I went ahead an made an entirely seperate patch mod. Simply just a mod that changes some lines of code in common/megastructures/ringworld.txt.

I made sure to give you all the credits, so no worries.
Feel free to integrate it into your mod officially, or simply keep it as is, so as to give players the option: download only this base mod and have the instant-build no cost, but restricted to having to have built all pre-requisite structures, or download the patch as well and remove the prerequisites, but have a build-time and resource cost.

1: Add costs. Make it so that these Ringwaorld have a mineral cost, energy maintanence cost, and take a very long time to build (It makes no since that a normal RingWorld takes years to make, and several thousand resources, and these bigger RingWorlds are free and done in an instant!)
2: Make it so that a bigger RingWorld can be built without needing to build the smaller ones first. I personally hate that the vanilla RingWorlds only have 4 habitable sections while there is clearly space for 12 (and the uninhabitable sections just look dumb to me), but I hate having multiple RingWorlds in one system. It is simply too crowded!
By the way, does this require the starting of a new game, or can I simply activate the mod and load up my current game, then research the new techs?
I have finally, for the first time, played the same game enough to get my empire to a stage of building these megastructures, so I would hate to have to start over...
As for the AI being able to use it, I personally would like to see the AI use it (hopefully even prefer it over the normal rings)
@Bio D- At the moment, no. Im open to being talked into it, but atm I think that i will never allow the AI to use it.
As i’m currently using this in replacement and am really enjoying the extra addition that makes a rink world, feel like a ring world
