If people have seen the guidelines/advise page Valve shows people when they are checking on how to get something added, people will know this would straight-up be turned down, "Doesn't Fit the Atmosphere of the game, either too realistic or too cartoon-like" :facepunch:

Seen as the weapon is called the 'Combustor':

That would be a good idea, Huntie, except it doesn't get crits EVER.
I mean, have you ever seen the rtd homing projectiles roll with rockets? EVERYTHING DIES.
Also the tracking would have to be really bad.
