Yeah the "no free edicts" thing effects my game as well. Betting this is with the recent patches, but I also had issues spawning tf_bot_add within the server (which is the only practical way to find a way through) before the server crashed upon joining a team. From what i can tell it only effects this map, and it started with the big bugfix update.

Attempting to load into this map (when I select a class) my game will crash with the message "no free edicts". Is this solvable?

I just went on a private server and hugged the left wall the entire way through. I didn't bother capping. maybe in the future I'll try making a route via the map, and cap the intel 3 times and win the match with 1 player on it. this will accomplish nothing and its my new primary objective
