The model sort of looks like it's falling off his head. You could work a little on that. Everything else is perfect, though!

hm, the muttonchops are making it REAL hard to decide if I want to keep my tophat for that misc or this hat....should it all get in (which I am confident that it will, eventually). I enjoy your creation, though I've been a huge fan of feetsies replacing my pipes, but I must say that your ability is simply stunning, my good man.
