That's weird, fixed now. Load order does matter if two mods edit the same file, this version should overwrite other mods, but sometimes doesn't work with certain total overhauls. None of that really matters though since the mod is semi-abandoned until I start playing HOI4 again.

The link to the original mod, and its description is invalid. It was very difficult to find just what this mod did exactly. I managed it but, an updated link would help. Also, does it matter what order the mod is placed in? Thanks

Whenever HOI4 updates next this mod will still work, and it should continue to work unless Paradox makes significant changes to the political system.
