Wait, didn't Combine own this museum already? It's just a new government with people (OTA on pics). And between, there's that cut museum in the Citadel found in captions for the first Episode. Overwatch just moved all of them to their main base.

I know there is a missing texture, I can't fix it because nothing involved with gmod addons works more than 15% of the time. Just try to ignore it.
