this mod seems works fine with 2.2.2 beta build, unlike vanilla...

Does this mean that if a fellow Federation member happens to be the first into combat, and therefore gains the system, that after settling status quo in a war to vassalize the enemy to me, that Fed-member-occupied system will still belong to the enemy?
