Probably doesn't work past a certain point (2.2 maybe?), but for anyone who is still on 2.1.3, this mod works fantastically. Thanks to the mod author for that. :steamthumbsup:

This mod gives me an endless spam of blank windows, i've reinstalled and verified all files. Had to unfortunenatly disable it. Hope you can update it soon, thanks

I've only published the txt with the working code, it's up to the individual if they want to follow the mod creation steps to use it.

I've fixed most of the functionality and it runs without those annoying popups, haven't looked into fixing the wormholes.
For those who are savvy with creating a new mod folder from the launcher, you can navigate to "SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\[####]" and look for the editor's zip file. Extract it into your own mod and replace the code from "event/02_editormenu_resources.txt" with this pastebin.

also- All planeteditor mods cause ctd with latest patch of the game just to warn you all.

this mod utalises the same code.

Wormhole placement is borked, as is placement for the leviathans. You can change world types and have it randomly generate resources, edit hyperlanes, so on so forth. The mod is still enormously useful, just a few features don't work. Is it annoying they don't work? Yeah. Does it kill the mod? No.

@gromygrom...it works...but is limited...i noticed you can only add/remove hyperlane, set the galactic wonders to spawn next to your selected star/planet(in the begining of the game when they are not discovered by other races...otherwise is just ping them so you can see where they are), add mineral/energy/food/betarian/alienzoo to surfaces/space but you can't add strategic resources...but that is i think because is not compatible with other mods...like CGM and/or Gulli's planets...yeah you can also change the size/class of star/planet..or add wormholes/gateways..but it is still a great mod...the best is that you can enter the observer mode...and see how everybody evolved...the only small issue i have is that i can't put a strategic resource on a planet/asteroid...still a great mod...

I'm having trouble getting strategic resources to appear. At first tried creating an SR on an already surveyed planet, but it doesn't appear and I couldn't build the proper mining station to gather it. Same thing happened when I attempted to create SRs on unsurveyed planets. Same thing happened again. Any ideas?

This actually works nice...i have a few DLCs and still working...even though the game says is old...of course...i just installed yesterday this game...and never played the full game...so i just added a few resourses in my system...nothing big tested yet...

There may be some wishes...

1) If possible please fix the wormhole bug; wormholes appear, but does not connect with each other or anything else.

2) Would be nice, if there were more orbit resources to add. I can add +1, +2, +3 or +4 variants of each resource but not +5 or +6 and only one of a kind. Why not add +5 minerals and +6 energy? Maybe an option to decide the numbers.

3) Right, the game has so many planet modifiers that adding them all would not even fit the menu on most screens. So, why not split the modifiers in more screens; means not only "Planet modifiers" to select, but "Planet modifiers 1", "Planet modifiers 2" ans "Planet modifiers 3"? Possibly sorted by positive, negative ans neutral modifiers or in alphabetic order.

Hey, just wanted to jump in and say - THIS MOD IS AWESOME! I saw it months ago on Reddit, but now that I finally have the time to play I've discovered it really does provide everything I've ever wanted during game creation. Features aside (though I'm sure they're the hard part), the UI is extremely well done and makes navigating such a complex mod exceedingly easy. Thanks for your hard work!

Let me add another request for an update for this. I mostly use this to ensure that all leviathans and special systems spawn in my game, and I don't know any other way to do so.

Just to make sure you know about this when looking at 2.1 compatibility. There was a breaking scripting change in 2.1 the developers didn't do a good job letting modders about.

Your scripts may be doing the wrong thing silently if you need to update them and don't.

Glad to hear that this still mostly works cause I love this mod one of my favorites tbh so I'm looking forward to the update
