Thanks for keepinjg us updated about it though, instead of just abandoning it without a trace :) love this mod and I'm glad someone was able to pick it up in your stead

Hi everyone :D i didn't had much time to update the mod/work on all the things i promised for it D: In fact i stopped playing rimworld a while ago, but someone will probably update it for 1.0 ! Sorry for not keeping things update :S

Okay so after a bit of testing, the meat walls/floors work fine, but you can't actually craft the cubed meat that makes them up (pawn goes to make cubes, doesn't produce anything and just puts meat back after a second), so for now it is indeed broken.

fleshwall.xml have duplicates in definitions - category and thingclass is copied twice per thingdef.
i got red errors about it.

hmmm.. Since it's just adding stuff without changing anything to the base game, it should be ok to add to an existing save, yeah. Tho i recommand keeping a clear save somewhere, you never know how things can go wrong for no reasons

I also seem to be able to grow meat plants on soil, and very fast at that. Not complaining, I'm just not sure if they're meant to grow on just meat tiles or not, so I thought I'd mention it.

huuuh are you playing it with Just Candles ? Cause since the defs are the same that could cause errors.

Anyway, there's a lot of little error actually, i think that i'll release a fixing patch today

Sadistic Rim:
- Butcher prisoners for organs, each and everything.
- Using their meat for walls and floors.
- Their bones can be used for weapons or artistic purpose (statues)
- Freeze half decayed corpses and use them as mortar ammo, giving an insta flee/debuff if the attackers know/knew the corpse.
- At the butchers table you'd be given the option to extract blood from any human or animal.
- Create table accessoirs: Cloth from human skin, fork/knive/spoon from bones (artistic skill) chalice from skull and chairs from rib cages or spines.
- Decorate the prison cell with these and the flesh walls and make them go insane and killing each other.

Oh... almost forgot to take my pills. Hope no one realized.:steamfacepalm:

another idea for GigaByteWide's "meat weapons" suggestion: how about a meat catapult? it could work like the mortar, (or just make a new kind of mortar shell), doing lessa damage than a mortar shell but causing mood debuffs?

@Sven_Halfviking the mood debuff from meat building is a feature i'm working on, but that's kinda more advanced coding than what i'm ussed too and it'll take some time, plus i'm now part of the lord of the rim project, which will lower even more the progression of a mod about meat ^^

Can you add (de-)buffs to the prisoners, when they are held in flesh cells? After a while in there they get the "going vegan" treat. Or slightly go insane after they found a dead staring eye in the walls. On the other hand, you don't need to feed the poor guys, they can eat the walls.

@GygaByteWide while planned, the living meat weapons and meat prosthesis arent designed yet, but it could look like something like that ^^. Let's Throw meat from meat with meat on meat x)
