when i played there were no npcs

check the gamemodes at the bottom right, ensure to restart the client first though.

Ensure you don't have other weapon type add-ons, that or set a keybind to reload in your options.

i just host a 32 player server and if bots spawn in when u do and chase u then u did it right.

you need to host a server, but you *could* play single player with D3Bot support.
